Kjell Bech specializes in engineering, project planning, and early-phase management for data center and industrial development projects. He has extensive experience with business and value-chain development in energy-intensive industries, including batteries, biocarbon, biogas, and aluminium. Kjell combines technical expertise with strategic insight to effectively guide projects from planning through execution, ensuring strong foundations for successful industrial and infrastructure developments.

Øistein Farmen specializes in engineering, project planning, and resource optimization within data center and renewable energy projects. He holds an MSc in Energy and Environmental Engineering and a BSc in Economics from NTNU. Øistein’s expertise includes energy efficiency analysis, emissions calculations, and advanced analytics. He has experience managing technical processes and funding applications for large infrastructure and biogas projects.

Markus Bjørnbeth specializes in digital strategy, business development, and financial modeling for technology-driven industrial projects. He holds a master’s degree in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Markus has extensive experience in project development, automation initiatives, and strategic funding processes. He combines analytical precision with practical project execution, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives with operational implementation.

Ida Jenssen specializes in project controls, financial analysis, and strategic planning for industrial and infrastructure projects. She holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Ida has expertise in cost estimation, risk management, and early-phase planning, particularly within energy-intensive industries. Her background includes strategic development processes and project improvement programs.

Erlend Vik specializes in financial analysis, strategic planning, and investment decision-making for data center projects and industrial developments. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Erlend has broad experience managing complex financial models, market analyses, and project financing strategies, particularly within capital-intensive industries. His expertise includes coordinating strategic processes, developing robust business cases, and supporting major infrastructure projects.
